Non-profit fee paying service
We are here to help all members of the community with legal advice and representation about immigration and asylum law, irrespective of income level. Once we know the details of your case we may be able to offer free help – please use the Legal Services Commission’s eligibility calculator to check whether you qualify.
If you are not eligible we may still be able to help, through our non-profit fee paying service. As the term implies, we do not make money from this service – the modest charge simply covers our costs. For example, we charge £120 (plus VAT where applicable) for one hour’s advice (including follow-up in writing), £295 (plus VAT) for a standard immigration application, £360 (plus VAT) for lodging a standard immigration appeal and £840 (plus VAT) for preparing a case and representing you at court. Fees for visitor appeals are slightly less, and those for complex applications are slightly more. Click here for details of these charges.
